Lovely Lily

The modest Rose puts forth a thorn,
The humble sheep a threat’ning horn:
While the Lily white shall in love delight,
Nor a thorn nor a threat stain her beauty bright.

~ William Blake

Though it’s usually difficult to do so, I love it when someone surprises me. I received the loveliest—and the most fragrant—Easter lily. Totally unexpected, very much appreciated.

Thanks Mikey!
